NEW LOCATION OPENS ON HAWTHORNE BLVD 8/24/24
Portland Pop Store (once upon a time known as Portland Pop Train) has moved to one of the business shopping streets in Portland, Oregon. We are 1/2 block West of 34th Ave on Hawthorne between Hanks Music Exchange & Road To Tibet Imports. This high foot traffic area is home to hundreds of restaurants, boutiques, live music venues and of course, Portland's largest inventory of pop culture collectibles. Stay tuned to this website and our social media for details of our soft open on August 24, 2024 and our Grand Opening in early September.
NEW LOCATION
We are opening our new location mid-August on one of Portland's busiest and most iconic streets right in the middle of the Hawthorne District. Hawthorne Boulevard was named after J.C. Hawthorne, the cofounder of Oregon's first mental hospital. Originally named "U" Street, the road was renamed Asylum Avenue in 1862. In 1933, the name was changed again from Hawthorne Avenue (1888) to Hawthorne Boulevard.
EXPANDED INVENTORY
Portland Pop Store will be expanding our in-store and online collectibles inventory by adding more pop culture-based nostalgia such as sports & TCG cards, an expanded Hot Wheels/Matchbox wall, comic book & graphic novel racks, plus we will add a few local and national clothing lines to the mix. Stay tuned for our grand opening as we give you access to the largest collection of pop culture collectibles in Oregon!
