VENDORS

• No fakes can be sold on premises unless out of box and custom creations with outfits or tattoos and much be disclosed as fake before sale. 

• Any sales of NEW Pop Mart brand collectibles sold on premises during the event must be universally priced. All sellers must coordinate prior to event to discuss and decide on this subject. This is to ensure even sales for everyone at the event. It would be wise to do a per sku limit as well to avoid scalper purchases and ensure event longevity within set hours of 11am-5pm both Sat & Sun.

• Each vendor will sign an agreement prior to event. You are sub-leasing a table and therefore responsible to any damaged on property and your own merchandise and other items accompanying your rental space. 

ATTENDEES

• This event is FREE and for All-Ages

• No sales will be allowed by attendees. Only reserved vendors may sell items at this event.

• Trades will be allowed between vendors and attendees *based on vendor approval

• Attendees assume responsibility of any items brought to the event for custom work such as Labubu painting, Labubu tattoos or Labubu piercings.
