BANANA SQUATCH HOT SAUCE

We are big fans of banana flavored everything so what better way to go big than on a hot sauce that you never see on shelves. This combo of fermented banana and orange bell pepper is the Bigfoot's meow ('cause cats don't like banana's). Its not too banana and it's not too hot. It's simply the perfect balance. 

Fresh peeled bananas, ripe orange bell peppers, a splash of water, a smidge of vinegar, light onion, fresh scotch bonnet pepper, a pinch of salt, a hint of sugar, and a worked in sprinkle of garlic. The result is pure hot sauce magic that is sure to be a dinner table and late night restaurant favorite.

Banana Squatch is a treat to pour, drop or shake onto tacos, burritos, eggs, rice, salads, soups, any type primary protein sandwiches (such as meat, poultry, or fish), and it even blends perfectly into your favorite non-hot sauce sauces.
